Does your organization want to learn more about how to support children with sensory processing, emotional regulation or motor skill needs to be more successful in their daily routines? Canopy Kids offers community-based trainings for parents and caregivers as well as for staff that work with children (teachers, paraprofessionals, etc.) on these topics. We also love to co-host community events! If you have an idea for a partnership with Canopy Kids, please reach out to megan@canopy-kids.com.

Great, we're excited to partner with you! Have someone from your organization send an email to megan@canopy-kids.com letting us know you'd like to set up a training. We'll work together to find a date and time that works well for both of us. Trainings are held in your space - having access to a projector or screen for a presentation is ideal (but not required). Once we have decided on the date, time and location, Canopy Kids will ask for your help in informing your community members about the training. We can make you a flyer with the details to help you spread the word!
Canopy Kids asks that you try to have at least five individuals (parents, caregivers, teachers, etc.) attend a parent training to make it worth while. There is no maximum number of participants as this would be determined by your space and the size of your community.
Parent and caregiver trainings are a great way to bring your community together around a common goal of supporting all children. Parent and caregiver trainings empower participants with a deeper understanding of their children's development of sensory processing and emotional regulation skills, as well as what can be done to help children build these skills.
